Inbar Ofrat \| Advocate, Legal Advisor
	Legal Advisor of the Halman-Aldubi Group. Ms. Ofrat holds an L.L.B. degree and a BA in economics from the Hebrew University, Jerusalem.

Iris Netz \| Advocate, Project Manager
	Ms. Netz has been employed by the Halman-Aldubi Group for over five years in a variety of positions, among them assistant to the Chairman of the Group, CEO Mutual Funds. She presently serves as project manager for the Group. Ms. Netz holds an L.L.B. degree and a BA in Business Administration.

Fifi Netzer \| Information Systems Manager
	Ms. Netzer possesses 25 years experience in information technology She holds a BA in mathematics and computer sciences from Tel Aviv University.

Maya Keiny \| Human Resources Manager
	Ms. Keini holds a BA in psychology, sociology and anthropology from Bar-Ilan University and an MA in labor studies from Tel Aviv University. She has 8 years experience in human resources at large organizations.

Efrat Rabinovich \| Internal Auditor
	Internal auditor of the Halman-Aldubi Group. CPA and CIA. Ms. Rabinovich has 10 years experience in internal auditing, with emphasis on the capital market. She holds a BA in investments consulting studies and portfolio management.

Sivan Rosen \| Halman Aldubi Group Controller
	Ms. Rosen has 7 years experience in auditing and controllership positions. She is a qualified CPA and holds a BA in business administration and accounting
